Trestolone Acetate Side Effects (Estrogen):

Trestolone Acetate has a strong prolactin-producing ability and may cause gynecomastia. People can use cabergoline to control prolactin more effectively.

Trestolone Acetate Side effects (androgens):

Trestolone Acetate has a 7a structure, so it cannot be reduced to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) with a 5a structure to avoid adverse effects on male characteristics of the prostate, hair and skin. Although classified as an anabolic steroid, the substance is still nearly impossible to produce androgenic side effects.

Trestolone Acetate Side effects (hepatotoxicity):

Tritolone c-17α alkylates without hepatotoxic effects in healthy subjects. So hepatotoxicity is unlikely.

Trestolone Acetate Side effects (cardiovascular):

Anabolic/androgenic steroids can have deleterious effects on serum cholesterol. This includes a tendency to lower HDL (good) cholesterol values and increase LDL (bad) cholesterol values, which may shift the HDL to LDL balance, leading to a greater risk of atherosclerosis. The relative effects of anabolic/androgenic steroids on serum lipids depend on the dose, route of administration (oral vs. parenteral), type of steroid (aromatizable or nonaromatizable), and the level of resistance to hepatic metabolism. A study in which 600 mg of nandrolone decanoate was administered weekly for 10 weeks showed a 26% reduction in HDL cholesterol levels. This suppression was slightly higher than that seen with the same dose of testosterone enanthate, and nandrolone decanoate had a stronger negative effect on the HDL/LDL ratio than testosterone propionate in earlier studies. Compared with c-17α alkylating agents, the effect of nandrolone decanoate on serum lipids remains significantly weaker. Anabolic/androgenic steroids may also adversely affect blood pressure and triglycerides, reduce endothelial relaxation, and cause left ventricular hypertrophy.

To help reduce cardiovascular strain, it is recommended to maintain an active cardiovascular exercise program and to minimize saturated fat, cholesterol, and simple carbohydrate intake at all times during AAS use. Supplementation with fish oil (4 grams per day) and a natural cholesterol/antioxidant formula such as Lipid Stabil or a product with similar ingredients is also recommended.
